team consists of several humans, who one form unit based on common
goals, values, rules, language or the like. They have a mutual cohesion
and solidarity. An individual is usually part of various groups and
often with different roles.
Each team is unique concerning its composition of individuals, group dynamics, goals, values, activities, results, etc.
Teams are partnerships of convenience that are frequently created by an order and dissolve after fulfillment (successfully or not) - this is also valid for teams in defined organizational structures that have nowadays a duration of two to three years.
Approaches for managing teams are team developments (e.g. Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning), conflict management and similar measures for the improvement of communication in the team.
